Language Objective: I will begin researching and interviewing for a new rough draft of a news story, take photos or produce artwork.
Agenda:
1.) Bell Work 6: Correct all misspelled words.
2.) Advertising Assignment: Remember to talk to five businesses about advertising in The Warrior Ledger by Friday, September 19. You can download and print extra Advertising Rate Sheets here.
3.) Read national and/or local news for 10 minutes. Write down 2-3 ideas from your reading that you think may be interesting future topics for The Warrior Ledger.
4.) Propose a new story topic for this week to both Leiani Brown (Editor-in-Chief, also: "Your Boss") and Ms. Floch. Make sure your idea is listed on the journalism board.
5.) Conduct interviews and research for your story idea and work on your rough drafts. Rough drafts are due to flochths@gmail.com on Friday, September 19, by midnight.
